For your password problems
Update of Tuition Fee Information

Advisor and student will complete approval together.

You must see your advisor to complete your registration process.
The approval program for the advisors cannot be used without the student's usercode and password. For this reason, in order to complete your registration process, you must see your advisor and make him/her approve your registration.

For an easier registration period please do not keep the registration program busy, unnecessarily for a long period.

In this respect; before the registration period starts;

To see a list of the courses available in this semester, to access the information about the courses offered, course schedules and course criteria, follow the links at METU-CWIS homepage stated below:

select "View Program Course Details" program (Program code 64.0). Use the registration program after you determine the courses that you want to take (be sure you learned the course code and see your advisor if needed).

Use the registration program only for registrations.

To check the courses you have taken during registrations, instead of registration program, use the address below at METU-CWIS homepage;

use the program following "Student Semester Details" program (Program code 61.0).

Do not open more than one registration screen during registrations.

If you open more than one window and make add-drop at those windows, you can lose the courses you take and your course registration may be invalid.

Students of Preparatory School will not make registration.

For Your Password Problems:

If you encounter any problems about your usercode and password during registrations (February 13^th - February 15^th, 2012), please visit Computer Center (CC) 1^st Floor, Room 114 to ask for help, within working hours (09:00-17:30).
We definitely recommend you to check your password before add-drops. The table below shows the appropriate registration periods according to password update periods, for those who have applied for password problems during add-drops. Passwords are updated 7 times a day during add-drops.

8:00-10:00	after 10:30
10:00-12:00	after 12:30
12:00-14:00	after 14:30
14:00-16:00	after 16:30
16:00-18:00	after 18:30
after 18:00	after 00:30

Update of Tuition Fee Information:

The deadline for paying the student fees of the registrations is February 15^th, 2012.
For your tuition fee problems, apply to "Art & Science Faculty - Student Fee Office" at 2nd Floor with your bank recipt, during registrations.
