2011-2012 Spring Semester Registrations

2011-2012 Spring Semester Registration and Approval Dates

Fall semester registration will start on February 13^th, 2012, at 09:00 and will end on February 15^th, 2012, at 17:00.

Advisor approval's will start the first day of registration at 10:00.

On the first day of registrations February 13^th, 2012 students shall start their registration applications in a sequential order. The registration program shall be available to students with different academic years at the following hours;

09:00	Seniors
10:00	Seniors & Juniors
11:00	Seniors, Juniors & Sophomore
12:00	Seniors, Juniors, Sophomore & Freshmen
13:00	Graduate Students, Seniors, Juniors, Sophomore & Freshmen

On the first day of registrations, the registration program will be accessible

within the campus at 9 a.m. and afterwards (The registration page can be accessed via cable and wireless^(*) network, prioritization with respect to connection type will not been carried out.),
from outside the campus at 2 p.m. and afterwards.

(*) Locations of the wireless network points can be viewed at http://map.metu.edu.tr/category/24/wireless-zones. Since the wireless network use shared structure, it is recommended that the students who want to register should prefer the locations that have lower usage frequency (ex. slower connection is expected at the library reference department).

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. Those who have not completed their registration in the "registrations and advisor approvals" period will not be able to register in the "add-drop" period.

2. The students who have dept to library cannot register. In this case, contact the Office of the Directorate of Library and Documentation Service.

3. The successive connection attempts by using automatic software will be recorded and suspicious connections will be banned from accessing to registration pages. Using this kind of software to connect to registration pages is strictly forbidden.

User Codes/Passwords Defined On Central Server Systems

It is strictly forbidden to disclose your passwords that are defined on central server sytems to others or share it with the third parties. Please do not forget that you are the sole person that is responsible for all the misuse that originates from your user account.

The students, who have newly registered to any program in METU, should enter to the address https://useraccount.metu.edu.tr.
